310-Unit, LEED® Silver Mixed-Use Community with Harris Teeter
UrbA Phase I is a 310-unit, mixed-use development across from Ballston Quarter in Arlington on a tight site along heavily trafficked Glebe Road. The building comprises two levels of below-grade parking, seven levels of high-end apartments above grade, an amenity-rich clubroom and fitness center, and a shell for Harris Teeter's new urban store. UrbA Phase I's luxury apartments include a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedrooms with high-end finishes and EnergyStar® appliances.
