The View of Fort Worth is a 300-unit luxury apartment community across two four-story wood-framed buildings above one level of podium. Located in the flood plain of the Trinity River, the project's design required special consideration. The community was constructed on concrete podiums supported by more than 300 auger cast piles with wood-frame above. The community offers high-end finishes such as wood and ceramic flooring and crown molding. Amenities include a clubroom, fitness center, pool with in-water sun decks, dog grooming facility, bocce court, and horseshoe pits. The View of Fort Worth is just one mile from the historic Fort Worth Stockyards district.
