One Rangers Way residences will feature high-end materials and appliances, tall ceilings, and balconies. The community's amenities and services will include an expansive exterior amenity deck with lush green space, outdoor fountain-edge pool, indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, co-working spaces, exclusive resident events, and curated art inspired by the Texas Rangers.

- Managed construction in the heart of one of DFW’s busiest entertainment districts—surrounded by stadiums, theme parks, and restaurants—demanding strict site logistics, delivery coordination, traffic management, and worker safety protocols.
- Created nearly 45,000 SF of amenity space, including 20,000 SF indoors with high-end finishes that required early coordination, careful scheduling, and contingency planning.
- Showcased original 1970s Texas Rangers artifacts in the double-height clubroom, requiring special handling, protection, and coordination during construction.
- Implemented a Soil Nail and Anchored Soldier Pile system to retain the excavation, adding permitting hurdles, schedule impacts, and a steep learning curve for the Dallas office’s first extensive SoE project.
- Accelerated unit turnovers to support the developer’s goal of leasing three months prior to completion, requiring phased delivery and close coordination with marketing and property management.
