The Elms at Kingsview Village features 326 luxury apartments with a clubhouse and offers community amenities for business and recreation. Designed by LeMay Erickson Architects, the three-story buildings feature pre-cast stone and two-color siding to add a variety of textures to the exterior facades. Pre-cast concrete balconies and decks requiring heavy lift capabilities were a unique feature of this development's construction.
