This 376-unit, 17-building project wraps around a large, operational yacht marina. The U-shaped community features several upscale amenities, including a 12,000-square-foot clubhouse with pool and tennis courts. CBG's construction planning and scheduling was successfully accomplished to not only accommodate the functioning marina and its users, but also to work within the limitations of an already tight construction site.
