240 Class A Mid-Rise and Low-Rise Apartments
Designed by Jim Parker and Associates, Cove at Scotia Plantation features 240 Class A apartment units. The complex, located on Florida's Intracoastal Waterway, includes a combination of low- and mid-rise residential buildings. The community offers a 3,600 SF clubhouse with a pool, gated entry, and both attached direct access and detached garages. This high-density project is located adjacent to an eight-acre Wetland Mitigation Area, which created many construction challenges that CBG successfully overcame.
