Stouffer Place Apartments
201-Unit, 708-Bed Student Housing Community Across Two Buildings
Located on the University of Kansas campus, Stouffer Place Apartments is a 201-unit apartment-style dormitory with 708 beds. Its two buildings are constructed using a proprietary light-gauge steel system, making Stouffer Place, in combination with Downs Hall, the largest project completed to date with this technology and the first public-private partnership built using this system. With mainly four-bedroom configurations, apartments feature individual bedrooms, kitchens, and in-unit laundry. Stouffer Place's robust amenity package includes a large fitness center, recreation room, study lounges, and a multi-purpose classroom with a kitchen.
