Stouffer Place Apartments

201-Unit, 708-Bed Student Housing Community Across Two Buildings

Located on the University of Kansas campus, Stouffer Place Apartments is a 201-unit apartment-style dormitory with 708 beds. Its two buildings are constructed using the patented Prescient prefabricated steel system, making Stouffer Place, in combination with Downs Hall, the largest Prescient project completed to date and the first public-private partnership built with Prescient. With mainly four-bedroom configurations, apartments feature individual bedrooms, kitchens, and in-unit laundry. Stouffer Place's robust amenity package includes a large fitness center, recreation room, study lounges, and a multi-purpose classroom with a kitchen.
