Sovren is a 293-unit, mixed-use apartment community located in West Hyattsville, Maryland. The five-story, wood-framed building is wrapped around a precast above-grade parking garage and provides 2,661 SF of ground-level retail. Sovren’s façade is a masonry of metal panels and fiber cement siding. The luxury amenities package includes a fitness center, clubroom, pet spa, and two courtyards with a swimming pool, grilling area, native plants, artificial turf, and several lounging areas. Apartment units feature stainless steel appliances, mobile islands, quartz agglomerate countertops, faux-wood LVT flooring in living areas, and carpeting in the bedrooms. More than a quarter of the units feature balcony doors that exit to a courtyard, street, or private balcony.
