12,698 Homes Across 24 Sites in California and Nevada
The Navy's largest public-private venture to date, San Diego Family Housing includes 12,698 single-family and multifamily homes across various sites in central California and Nevada for sailors and Marines and their families. The project also encompasses a number of neighborhood amenities, including three LEED® Silver community centers and two LEED-certified community centers. To date, the project has garnered 17 awards on both the local and national level.
