The Type 1A structure consists of reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, with an exterior featuring masonry, composite metal panels, polymer windows, storefront, and a Quest window/wall system. Riviera's roof systems are comprised of hot-applied asphalt with pavers and TPO in mechanical areas.
