Radius Apartments is a luxury podium-style community in Redwood City, California, consisting of two wood-framed apartment buildings above underground parking. The mid-rise project's facade incorporates a predominantly stucco exterior, with brick, fiber cement siding, and aluminum siding accents. A dramatic architectural steel canopy extends over the private road entrance forming a visual gateway up to the landscaped podium decks. In addition to 264 apartments with high-end finishes, the LEED® certified community features amenities including a fitness center, pool, spa, recreation room, outdoor barbecues and seating areas, and dog park.
