Prospect Cove

Prospect Cove Condominium development is located in the Lakeside planned community in Woodbridge, Virginia. The project includes 156 condominium units in thirteen wood-framed buildings. Designed by Lessard Architectural Group, the units were customized for each owner with selected finishes and a wide variety of interior upgrade options. Many units offer lake views and all share the existing community amenities, including a clubhouse with a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, exercise facility, and jogging trails. Prospect Cove is also conveniently located off of I-95 near Potomac Mills, one of the largest shopping malls in the country.
