318-Unit, Five-Building NGBS Community Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean

Port Malabar is a 318-unit community comprised of two five-story structures and three individual three-story carriage buildings with tuck-under, surface parking. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units feature stainless steel appliances and LVP flooring. Port Malabar offers an integrated amenity space including a fitness center, dog wash station, and outdoor pool, plus 18,000 square feet of retail space. Additionally, a two-story sky lounge on the fourth and fifth floors overlooks the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway.

Building Green at Port Malabar
Port Malabar aims to achieve NGBS certification with sustainable features such as a comprehensive construction management plan that diverts 75 percent of waste from landfills to recycling facilities. As part of its construction indoor air quality plan, CBG protects ducts from dust and dirt intrusion and prohibits smoking within the building.
