Park Place at Van Dorn is CBG's fourth project for Archstone Communities, a national Real Estate Investment Trust. Park Place at Van Dorn includes 285 units in two groups of four buildings each. Each four-story building group is connected by covered breezeways or walkways and unified by formal landscaped courtyards. The Class A gated community offers soccer fields, a clubhouse with a pool, tot lots, and a choice of attached or detached garages. The site is conveniently located in Alexandria, just outside the Beltway off South Van Dorn Street.
