Mill Pond Village Phase III was the last part of construction at Mill Pond Village, an amenity-rich community that boasts tennis courts, jogging trails, a pool and jacuzzi, a clubhouse with a gathering area and fireplace, and a business center with Wi-Fi access. Phase III added 96 units to the complex, which is minutes from Ocean City and Delaware beaches, the Chesapeake Bay, and numerous camping facilities.
