Marriott AC

The Marriott AC is a 234-room high-rise hotel with sophisticated amenity and rooftop spaces at the intersection of 6th and K Streets in downtown DC. The project involved the careful removal and relocation of a historic gas station on site. The hotel's exterior is constructed with extensive glass as a stylistic focal point. Inside, the building features high-end finishing such as millwork in amenity areas, a detailed lobby light fixture, and high-end fixtures and finishes in the guest rooms. The project features 15,000 square feet of restaurant, bar, and lounge space.
