Iowa Apartments is a 300-unit multifamily community comprised of three four-story wood-framed buildings. Located less than a mile from the University of California, Riverside campus, the Type 5A development features resort-style amenities such as a 1,500-square-foot pool, a sky lounge with an exterior terrace, and a fitness center with open second-story mezzanine. A 1,400-square-foot café with outdoor patio will activate the streetscape and connect pedestrians to the surrounding neighborhood.
