Vitruvian West Phase II is a 366-unit multifamily apartment community comprised of a five-story wood-framed building and seven-story precast garage with four elevators. Designed to LEED® Silver certification, Vitruvian West Phase II features one- and two-bedroom units with high-end finishes, including granite countertops and EnergyStar® appliances. The property's amenities include two large interior courtyards with outdoor kitchens, a fireplace, and a water curtain as well as a club room, pet spa, and dog park.

Building Green at Vitruvian West Phase II
Vitruvian West Phase II is a LEED® Silver apartment community that implemented a construction waste diversion plan, indoor air quality plan, and low-VOC paints to reduce its environmental impact during construction. Surrounded by Vitruvian Park, the transit-oriented property includes sustainable features such as bike storage racks and electric car chargers on each parking garage levels and is designed to be pedestrian-friendly.
