This 244-unit market-rate housing community is CBG's 20th project for repeat client Kettler. The seven four-story residential buildings are clustered around a precast concrete parking garage. Floor plans for the wood-framed, brick-clad buildings include 116 one-bedroom, 116 two-bedroom, and 12 studio apartments. Individual residences include washers and dryers, and select apartments also offer fireplaces. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and billiards room.
