The Luisa
140-Unit, Mixed-Use Apartment Community in Ybor City Redevelopment
The Luisa is a 140-unit mixed-use community located in Tampa's historic Ybor City neighborhood. The project features four stories of residential units surrounding a six-level parking garage, with 18,000 SF of ground-level retail and service spaces. Part of the larger Gasworx redevelopment effort, The Luisa shares amenity spaces such as a rooftop pool and fitness center with adjacent blocks. The majority of units will be one-bedroom apartments, complemented by several studio and two-bedroom layouts.
