133-Unit Extended Stay Hotel
With kitchenettes, work stations, and internet access in every guest studio, Extended Stay America at Merrifield was designed to facilitate work away from home. CBG constructed two similar Extended Stay in America hotels in Virginia, for a total of 393 units.
