Dominion Middle Ridge
28-Unit Infill Apartment Building with Recreation Court and Dog Park
Dominion Middle Ridge is a 28-unit infill garden-style apartment building within an existing apartment community. The building is comprised of a slip-level concrete foundation with four stories of wood-framing on one side and three stories on the other. The building design uses ZIP System wall and roof sheathing in combination with vinyl siding, Hardie trim, and PVC trim cladding. This infill project also includes a new multi-use recreation court and dog park for the apartment community.
