Belmont Heights Estates III

CBG built the new 266-unit mixed-income community, consisting of market-rate, tax credit, and public housing units. Designed by Torti Gallas and Partners, the 96 public housing units and 170 qualified-income tax credit homes offer residents built-in computer desks, gas-fired hot-water heaters, and electric appliances. Community amenities include a tot lot, a clubhouse, and multiple on-site computer learning centers. The Tampa Housing Authority selected Michaels Development Co. to lead development efforts after winning a federal grant under the Housing and Urban Development Hope VI program to help fund the project.
