"We hope this donation will be a great resource for the Marine families stationed at Quantico," said Michael Dowling, a development executive with Clark Realty Capital. "This donation allowed us to give back to a deserving community by using our construction expertise. We were happy to help."

Clark became involved in the project at the request of Base Commander Colonel Charles Dallachie, who is working with Clark Realty and Lincoln

Property Company on a 50-year public/private partnership to design, build, and operate the military family housing at Marine Corps Base Quantico. The partnership will demolish 1,270 homes, build approximately 990 new homes, and renovate 144 historically significant structures for members of the Marine Corps and their families assigned to Quantico.

Upon completion, Lincoln/Clark will manage a total of 1,137 homes for the U.S. Marine Corps.
