Clark Realty Capital Breaks Ground on The Hyde in Arlington’s Clarendon Neighborhood
ARLINGTON, Va.—Clark Realty Capital (CRC) broke ground today on an 18-unit, four-story apartment complex located in Clarendon's established and thriving Lyon Park neighborhood, just blocks from the Clarendon Metro station. Combining traditional materials with mid-century modern touches and amenities, the boutique-style living development is named after Edward Hyde, the first earl of Clarendon, after whom the area is named.
