Clark Realty Builders Wins Constructech Vision Award for Sixth Consecutive Year
Arlington Heights, Ill. — Clark Realty Builders was honored at an awards ceremony last night with its sixth consecutive Gold Vision Award from Constructech Magazine. The achievement underscores the company's dedication to the use of technology for innovative problem solving and optimized performance.

"At Clark, we are always looking for ways to use technology to improve operations," said Stephanie Shum Anderson, eBusiness director of Clark Realty Builders. "This year, we sought to leverage technology to help secure new business and promote our firm."
Constructech was most impressed with the firm's use of 3D modeling and animation to depict a proposed community for single sailors in San Diego. As a result of a superior proposal and engaging presentation, the Navy selected Clark for exclusive negotiations on the $300 million project. Other Clark technology projects recognized by Constructech include creation of an interactive multimedia display for a trade show booth, which increased attendee interaction and number of visitors to the booth, and implementation of a storage area network and replication technologies to improve network performance and facilitate data recovery.

"Year after year, this multifamily builder uses sophisticated information technology to solve a critical business challenge. This year was no different, as it used 3D visualization tools, Adobe Photoshop, and some unique video production to help it win contracts in the highly competitive military housing market."
Each year, Constructech enrolls an independent panel of research experts in construction, architecture, and technology to select the Vision Award winners. Entries are evaluated based on the individual merits of the technology solutions and on the success, innovation, and benefits of their implementation. Clark was honored to once again be recognized by such a prestigious organization.
