"The terrific group of winners in this year's Multifamily Pillars of the Industry Awards represents the top tier of the apartment and condo industry. The communities reflect great ideas and good design; the marketing programs were fresh and effective," said Steve Patterson, CEO of ZOM USA and chair of NAHB's Multifamily Leadership Board. "The firms and individuals that were honored by NAHB for their achievements are examples of the best this industry has to offer."

The Pillars of the Industry Awards is a national competition that promotes excellence in design, development, marketing, and management of residential projects. Considered one of the most prestigious awards in the industry, the NAHB receives hundreds of entries each year. One of 32 categories, the competitive Best Corporate Web site award honors functionality, aesthetics, design, and usability of industry Web sites.

"Clark Builders Group is honored that an organization as respected as NAHB would recognize our work-especially from among such elite competition," said Stephanie Anderson, director of corporate communications for CBG. "In designing our corporate Web site, our focus was on improving the visitor's overall experience. We aimed to create a site that would provide a unique experience even to repeat visitors while maintaining functionality and ease of use."

The CBG Web site features a wealth of information including downloadable data sheets, regional office maps, and image galleries to guide visitors through the company's project portfolio. Information is organized by project type to highlight the company's capabilities and help visitors quickly navigate to areas of interest.

In order to keep information up-to-date, the CBG Web site is dynamically powered by Digital Asset Management software, which allows internal employees to make updates instantly. Since its launch, the Clark Builders Group Web site has also won an Interactive Media Award from the Interactive Media Council and an Internet Advertising Competition Award from the Web Marketing Association.
