Clark Builders Group Ranked Third on “Top 50” Builder List

ARLINGTON, Va. — Clark Builders Group (CBG), an award-winning general contractor, recently ranked third in Multifamily Executive (MFE) magazine's annual "Top 50" Builders list. The publication honors the top 50 Owners, Managers, and Builders in the multifamily housing industry. Each year, MFE magazine ranks the firms based on each company's number of units owned, gross revenue, and project type. The annual list, which is also published in Builder Magazine, sets the standard for the multifamily housing industry nationwide.

"We are thrilled that Clark Builders Group has once again landed on the Multifamily Executive 'Top 50' Builders list. The company's stats soared past projections, landing the firm solidly at the number three spot," said Shabnam Mogharabi, editor of Multifamily Executive magazine. "This exclusive ranking celebrates the largest, strongest companies in the industry, and we fully anticipate that CBG will be recognized again next year."

This marks the seventh consecutive year that CBG has remained in the top ten of the annual builder ranking. In 2006, the company started construction of 4,824 multifamily units located across the nation in Maryland, Virginia, California, and Georgia.

Key accomplishments in 2006 included the signing of two large military housing deals - the first, a design/build contract for single-family and attached rental homes in Fort Benning, Ga., and the second, a $250 million high-rise apartment complex for single sailors in San Diego. CBG projects another 4,000 units to begin by the end of 2007.
