ARLINGTON, Tx.—CBG proudly commemorated the topping out of One Rangers Way today alongside the City of Arlington, the Texas Rangers, and developer The Cordish Companies. The eight-story development is located in the heart of Arlington’s thriving Entertainment District—in proximity to Globe Life Field, Choctaw Stadium, the Arlington Museum of Art, the National Medal of Honor Museum, and AT&T Stadium.

"Today’s milestone is another important step forward in delivering a world-class destination that will benefit the Arlington community and be a national draw for tourism for decades to come," said Blake Cordish, principal of The Cordish Companies.
The 299-unit, resort-style community is designed by architect Hord Coplan Macht and features a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and penthouse-style apartments, plus an above- and below-grade parking garage. One Rangers Way residents will have access to 43,000 square feet of luxury amenities, including a resort-style pool with a swim-up bar, a sports viewing lounge, and a 2,000-square-foot fitness center. Interior design, led by RD Jones + Associates, will pay homage to the rich history of The Rangers and Texas sports. The walkable community is also proximate to three miles of paved trails and access to nearby parks.

Attendees signed the final beam and witnessed its placement as the ceremony commemorated the efforts of everyone involved in reaching this milestone. Among those present were Arlington city officials, including Mayor Jim Ross, representatives from developer The Cordish Companies, Texas Rangers executives, members of the project teams, and a surprise appearance from Rangers Mascot, Captain. The ceremony also showcased the transformation of a former maintenance space at Texas Live! into a completed replica apartment unit for One Rangers Way.
