Vitruvian West Phase III

Vitruvian West Phase III is a 405-unit apartment community comprised of a five-story wrap building surrounding a seven-story precast garage. The building features a rooftop amenity lounge and four themed courtyards consisting of outdoor kitchens, communal gathering areas, and a pool. Units contain high-end finishes such as granite countertops, backsplash tile, and stainless steel Energy Star® appliances. Vitruvian West Phase III follows CBG's completion of Phase I and Phase II communities. All three phases are located within a master community at Vitruvian Park that consists of 12 acres of running and biking trails and large open grass fields. The project is located within walking distance of Tom Thumb supermarket, Dallas College, and Alfred J. Loos Sports Complex.
