Vue II is a 154-unit residential development spanning two buildings with a separate parking garage and surface lot. The community is the second phase of the existing development, The Vue, and is located in the Atlanta's Upper Westside near a variety of shopping, dining, retail, and entertainment options. Vue II also boasts proximity to the growing West Midtown office district, including Microsoft Atlanta Yards. It will feature open-concept floor plans, high-end finishes, and shared amenities including a resort-style pool, courtyard, and health and fitness center.

Behind the Build
- Served as the second phase of an existing development, utilizing shared amenities while overcoming site constraints.
- Carefully coordinated construction to maintain traffic flow on the only access road, which also served Phase I and ran between the two buildings.
- Connected directly to Atlanta’s popular Beltline trail at the front of the project, linking the development to the Westside portion of the trail network.
