Village at Leesburg

The Village at Leesburg is comprised of 335 apartment units in nine buildings, located at the intersection of Route 7 and Crosstrail Boulevard in Leesburg, Virginia. The project's four phases include two parking garages, three office condominium buildings, seven residential over retail buildings, and two stand-alone residential buildings. The Village at Leesburg was the first CBG project to use ZipWall Sheathing. The project's amenity area includes a leasing office, theater, billiards room, kitchen, and outdoor pool.
