The Villages of Benning

Fort Benning is a public-private partnership with the US Army to plan, develop, construct, and manage military family housing communities for Fort Benning and Camp Frank D. Merrill in Georgia. The initial 10-year development plan at Fort Benning included the demolition and replacement of 1,683 homes and the refurbishment of 2,316 existing homes, of which 500 are historically significant.
