The Villages at Belvoir
2,211 Military Homes and Five Neighborhood Centers for the Army
Fort Belvoir Residential Communities is a public-private partnership with the U.S. Army to plan, operate, and construct military family housing at Fort Belvoir in Fairfax County, Virginia. As part of the project scope, CBG performed demolition and construction of 1,192 new homes, renovation of 170 historically significant homes, and major renovations of 694 homes on base. The project also encompasses five new neighborhood centers, one of which became the military's first new construction project to achieve LEED® Platinum status. The community has won more than 50 local, national, and international awards for excellence in design and planning, innovation, environmental stewardship, and historic preservation.
