The Parks at Monterey encompasses family housing communities for the Presidio of Monterey (POM) and the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). With locations at the Ord Military Community on the former Fort Ord and La Mesa Village in Monterey, the development consists of 2,580 existing, renovated, and new houses along with multiple clubhouses, ball fields, and recreation centers with indoor pools. The community serves the 4,000-plus population of service members and their families assigned to POM and NPS.
