The Metropolitan Rockville Town Center is a 275-unit mixed-use community constructed over five stories of wood-frame construction above a one-story podium plus two levels of below-grade parking in downtown Rockville. The six-story community includes amenities like a yoga room, fitness center, coffee bar, and interior courtyards with outdoor pool. The luxury apartments feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and marbled bathrooms. The Metropolitan Rockville Town Center is located adjacent to Rockville Town Square and CBG's Brightview West End. The transit-oriented community is located within four blocks of the Rockville Amtrak, MARC, and Metro stations.
