San Diego Family Housing is the Navy's largest public-private housing venture to date, encompassing 12,698 single-family and multifamily homes across 24 sites in central California and Nevada for Sailors, Marines and their families. CBG constructed more than 3,427 new units, renovated more than 5,000 units, and built several neighborhood amenities, including three LEED® Silver community centers and two LEED-certified community centers. San Diego Family Housing has garnered 17 awards on both the local and national level.
