River Trail Village at Napa Valley College

River Trail Village is a 280-unit, 588-bed student housing community across three four-story buildings at Napa Valley College. Through a grant from California's Higher Education Student Housing Grant Program, the P3 community will offer below-market rents across a variety of standard apartments as well as dormitory units with shared kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry facilities. River Trail Village also features study rooms, courtyards, outdoor grills and gathering areas, and electric vehicle charging stations to encourage sustainable transportation.
