CBG partnered with first-time client, Providence One Partners, LLC to construct 208 luxury garden apartments on Buehholz Lane in Zephyrillis, Florida. Available in one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans, the apartments feature walk-in closets, energy efficient appliances, and added storage space. The community also includes a 6871 square foot clubhouse with a resort-style swimming pool and picnic pavilion, state of the art fitness center, and cafe.
