Presidio Terrace Apartments

Presidio Terrace Apartments is a public-private-partnership for graduate student housing at the University of San Diego. Built into the south hillside's sloping terrain, the community comprises nine interconnected buildings organized across three residential wings, offering 700 beds across 321 units. At the site’s highest elevation, a dedicated pedestrian bridge connects residents directly to the main campus, while lower levels integrate structured parking for more than 500 vehicles. Residences range from studios to one-, two-, and four-bedroom floor plans in both suite- and apartment-style layouts. Units feature private bathrooms, in-building laundry facilities, and kitchenettes or full kitchens. Community amenities include multipurpose gathering rooms, study and fitness areas, and approximately 46,000 square feet of terraced outdoor space encompassing three courtyard plazas and three rooftop amenity decks.
