Potomac Station Apartments

This three-story wood-framed apartment community is the second phase of CRC's Potomac Station development, offering 150-units of affordable housing for low- to moderate-income residents as part of the Virginia Housing Development Authority's tax credit program. This complex includes such amenities as a bathhouse, pool, workout room, and tot lot.
