290-Apartment, Three-Building Luxury Community with Precast Parking

Notion is a three-building, 290-unit luxury apartment community with five levels of podium wrapped around a precast parking deck. The project, which is part of a master development that includes a Publix shopping center and other retail, was closely coordinated with an adjacent developer and general contractor. Notion features high-end finishes including quartz countertops and upgraded appliances. Its amenities include an interior courtyard with pool, a fitness center, club room, and a dog park.

The project's proximity to Avondale and Decatur MARTA rapid transit stations encourages public transportation.
