MCLB Albany

At MCLB Albany, CBG transformed 250 existing housing units into a modern community of 110 residences, including 27 duplexes and 56 single-family homes. The new three- and four-bedroom houses, designed in traditional and arts-and-crafts styles, feature durable finishes such as Corian countertops, ample storage, and EnergyStar® appliances. Each home includes a two-car garage, covered patio, and fenced backyard. The redevelopment also delivered a new community center with a teen meeting room and fitness area, along with outdoor amenities including a swimming pool, splash park, tot lots, picnic areas, and basketball and volleyball courts.
