Lake Tivoli Apartments Phase II

This nine-building addition added 72 new units to Lake Tivoli Apartments, one of the largest apartment communities in the Orlando attraction area. CBG's central Florida forces also constructed 312 units for Phase I of Lake Tivoli and 184 units for neighboring Fountainhead, Lake Tivoli's earlier sister project. The spacious apartment units average more than 1,100 square feet and offer such amenities as patios, ceramic tile kitchens and foyers, and roman tubs. Residents can choose from a wide range of floor plans, including one bed/one bath, two bed/two bath, and three bed/two bath models. The wood-frame apartment community also features a gated entrance, tile roofs, and individual private entrances. Community amenities include a clubhouse with pool, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and a full basketball court.
