797-Bed, P3 Affordable Student Housing Community in Downtown San Diego
A public-private partnership (P3) between the San Diego Community College District (SDCCD) and The Michaels Organization, City College Housing provides 797 beds across 283 units for San Diego City College students. The seven-story, Type 1A and 2A building offers affordable studio, two-, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as four-bedroom suite-style layouts. Ground-level amenities include a fitness center, a community kitchen, a pet wash station, bike storage, and shared laundry facilities. Residents also have access to study lounges on every floor, two landscaped courtyards, and a seventh-floor sky lounge. City College Housing is located in downtown San Diego near the historic Gaslamp Quarter, Petco Park, and the San Diego Zoo.
