Bolling Family Housing

Bolling Air Force Base Family Housing involved the demolition of 792 existing units and the construction of 119 new single-family homes—including 41 general officer quarters along the Potomac River and 78 field grade officer quarters—in the colonial revival and Georgian styles. CBG also renovated 47 homes on base, 24 of which were historically significant. In addition to housing, the military community encompasses a welcome center, a splash park with green space, and a maintenance building.
