Post Carlyle Square Block “O” Wins Multifamily Executive Award

LAS VEGAS—On Tuesday at its gala luncheon, Multifamily Executive (MFE) Magazine named Post Carlyle Square Block "O" the 2013 award winner for Best High Rise project. Constructed by Clark Builders Group (CBG) for repeat client Post Properties, Block "O" was recognized for going above and beyond in its class. Post Carlyle Square Block "O" endured a rigorous judging process for the award, competing against a record-breaking three hundred applicants. According to the magazine, which honors the best and brightest in the multifamily housing industry, "This year, Multifamily Executive received...award nominations...in 19 categories, which illustrates not only the health, but also the vision and creativity, of an industry firing on all cylinders."

Located in transit-oriented Alexandria, Virginia, Post Carlyle Square is within walking distance of Old Town Alexandria, a lively neighborhood on the Potomac River known for its restaurants, shops, and historic attractions.
