Heritage Hunt Active Adult Community under Construction in Virginia

Condominiums for sale in first of eight planned buildings

GAINESVILLE, VA — Clark Realty Builders, the sixth largest multifamily builder in the nation*, is currently setting roof trusses for the first of eight planned residential buildings at Heritage Hunt, an active adult condominium in central Virginia. Clark Realty Builders is managing the construction and Clark Residential is the general contractor. Construction of the first three-story, wood-frame building began in mid-December 2001, with completion scheduled this summer.

Developed by U.S. Home Corporation, the Heritage Hunt Golf & Country Club boasts an 18-hole golf course, underground parking, and decorative brick exteriors. The first residential building will house 31 two-bedroom and eight three-bedroom condominiums with many interior amenities, including washers/dryers, fireplaces, and hardwood foyers. The homes were designed by Architectural Design Group and range in size from 1,206 to 1,648 square feet. Heritage Hunt residents will enjoy convenient access to scenic parks such as Manassas Battlefield and Bull Run Regional Park as well as numerous area golf courses.
