Clark Realty Builders Starts The Evergreens at Smith Run in Virginia
Fredericksburg, Va. — Clark Realty Builders*, the sixth largest multifamily builder in the nation, recently broke ground on The Evergreens at Smith Run. The luxury active adult community will begin leasing in the spring of 2003.

Developed by The Evergreens at Smith Run, LLC, an affiliate of the McLean, Va.-based RMJ Development Group, the Evergreens at Smith Run will include a four-story, 160,000-square-foot building with two elevators. Weihe Design Group, Washington, designed the residential building with a "Y" footprint for residents' ease of access to the extensive site amenities.
