Clark Realty Builders Starts Prince William Town Center in Virginia
Woodbridge, Va. — Clark Realty Builders* (CRB) broke ground this week on Prince William Town Center in Woodbridge, Va. CRB is constructing the VHDA tax-credit housing community for client KSI Services, Inc. of Vienna, Va. Including projects under construction, this is the 21st project CRB is building for KSI. The first apartments will be available for lease in late 2003.

Designed by Niles Bolton of Alexandria, Va., the seven residential buildings will house 224 two-bedroom/two-bath units. Select apartments on the top floor will offer vaulted ceilings and fireplaces. Community amenities include a clubhouse, pool, tot lot, and a walking trail with children's play stations.
Prince William Town Center is located within walking distance of the Prince William Canons' baseball stadium. The community is also convenient to the Potomac Mills shopping center and the Prince William County government center.
